Workshop Guidelines
1.
Registration and payment of class fee is by mail or in person at
a meeting after the information is published in the newsletter.
2.
A materials list will be offered at the time of registration with
payment.
3.
The preferred method of payment of the class fee is by check. The
check will be held until the workshop is given. This will simplify
bookkeeping for those people who volunteer time and effort on your
behalf.
4.
All registration shall be made through the chairperson for member
workshops, and not through the individual instructors.
5.
All classes are offered for the sole use of LIQS members. Student
space cannot be transferred to another member. Space must be cancelled
by the registered member and made available to the general membership.
6.
Cancellations: By member - 2 weeks prior to the date of the workshop.
By LIQS - One week prior to the date of the workshop. Classes may
be subject to cancellation.
7.
If you are using a sewing machine, bring an extension cord. If you
need additional lighting, please bring it with you. Workshops are
not guaranteed to be held near windows.
